Step 1 – Profiling 

A consultant that specialises in your industry will gather as much information about your contract needs, working environments, and requirements, such as responsibilities. From here, our consultant can help you to develop a job specification, including a brief description, as well as the skills, qualifications and experience required for the role. 

Step 2 – Outreaching 

The specification you and our specialist consultant have designed will then be distributed on various job databases and online platforms for candidates to apply. In some cases, we may already have a candidate in mind, in which case, we will send your job specification directly to them. 

Step 3 – Identifying 

Applicants will then be checked to see if their CV meets your company needs according to the guidelines our consultant agreed with you. Upon your approval, our consultants will contact these candidates to arrange for a pre-employment screening or digital interviews that you would like to complete. 

Step 4 – Screening 

We will be in contact with the candidate, asking them for pre-interviewing with our consultant before coming into contact with you, ensuring they make for a viable fit for the position. 

Step 5 – Interviewing 

Once passed the pre-screening and interviews, a face-to-face interview will be arranged with you and a selection of candidates, allowing you to ask further questions to delve deeper into their knowledge and personality. After this, you can either narrow the candidates further for another interview or decided who will be successful. 

Step 6 – Employment 

If the candidates that were supplied to you are successful, will continue with communication to ensure that everything runs smoothly, keeping your records on file to make your next recruitment process simple.
